I sometimes ate to the point where I was throwing up and my mother would blame me for it or scare me by saying I'd have problems when I was older. I'm a teenager now. I eat a normal amount of food and am accepting of the amount I eat. I don't pay attention to my mom's comments anymore. I am satisfied with the way I feel about the amount I eat.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10430008729543178866noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5088188498900558941.post-9889018578167325232011-07-05T10:15:27.880-04:002011-07-05T10:15:27.880-04:00@Shannon, I'm impressed! When we have soup or yogurt or ice cream, and a few other things, we skip the platter. Occasionally, I've done something similar for breakfast, but dinner and lunch seem a bit hard since we tend to eat stir fry meals, or 'messier' meals.Lyndzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16429356616028345286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5088188498900558941.post-22400792559376533212011-05-03T12:41:17.793-04:002011-05-03T12:41:17.793-04:00Agree with Melissa J re Ikea as long as you don...Agree with Melissa J re Ikea as long as you don't have to put something together.
